KA- going to church is a decent place to meet people because you know their basic beliefs, and i have never met a whore of a religious person. People these days only go to church if they're DEVOUT Christian/Catholics. So you know they're totally about the 10 commandments and stuff, which is really common sense. I agree that church is a great place to meet a genuinely good person... but like he said, he didn't mean it LITERALLY.
ReplyDeleteI disagree with the POF though. (well, i admit i'm biased- ive never seen the cite) but a really good friend met her boyfriend and they're totally awesome together. And the boyfriend's brother met his fiancee there too. So, it's not all bad.

ReplyDeleteI will disagree with you, but beause I am female as well..lol. I fully understood that the church reference was not literal, instead I was trying to expose this the dichotomy of the blog; A)Every woman is either a sinner or B)A saint..neither of which are correct.
My background is being a sucessful woman who gives advice as a professional, and knowing that although there are women out there with not the greatest intentions, there are more out there that do.
As a woman I find it dissapointing that you do not have a high opinion of other women. What kind of world view are we condoning when we have men such as "The Way I See It" view women the way he does, and women such as yourself complacently agree with it?
I respect you as a person with an opinion but I don't necessarily agree with the opinion.
